TLC W is a level 3 adolescent residential treatment center located in Maiden, NC. We offer a safe and nurturing environment where teenagers can recover from trauma and regain their sense of self. Our quality adolescent group therapy services are carefully designed to provide our clients with compassionate care and guidance as they recuperate while also offering various avenues for personal growth and development. We focus on daily living skills, daily psychoeducational groups, group therapy, individual therapy, medication management, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), dance guide therapy, emotional freedom techniques (EFT), and healing conversations.

Our Vision for the Future
TLC W is to never become so complacent and familiar that we forget the trauma our clients have to deal with daily, that as children they are acting out for a reason. It’s a cry for help. We will offer these young adults structure and helpful life skills by encouraging education while letting them practice adult roles and responsibility. We want them to learn to love, trust, and respect themselves as well as others; to help them develop a personal value system based on maturity level; and to help them become healthy, connected, and productive adults with our support. We want them to complete these tasks as they work to function back in family life.
We will work with our youth to counteract trauma-specific mental health issues with services and support. If we can patch one hole in these young people’s lives, we claim success!
